These terms govern your use of OK Bokeh, a cozy word-find toy developed by Dialogs (dialogsapps.ai). By using the toy, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using OK Bokeh through the web (including when installed to your home screen as a progressive web app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the toy.
OK Bokeh is a free browser toy. Letters drift in a soft cloud; you orbit the scene and pull a focal plane through it until a hidden word resolves into legible type, front to back. It has no timer and no fail states. The toy is fully playable without an account; optional accounts add cross-device sync of your settings and progress (including daily streaks and the words you have resolved).
Account creation is entirely optional. You may use the full toy, including signed-out play, without ever signing up. If you create an account:
All content in OK Bokeh — including game design, word collections, visual assets, code, and the OK Bokeh name — is the property of Dialogs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the toy without written permission.
You agree not to:
OK Bokeh is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the toy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content in the toy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialogs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of OK Bokeh. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from errors or interruptions in service. Our total liability for any claim related to the toy shall not exceed the amount you paid to use it (which is zero — it is free).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OK Bokeh at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the toy at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the toy ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will survive.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of OK Bokeh shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the toy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
